After I had lived defeat all these years, I finally made it to Franks. I really enjoyed our whole dinner. From antipasto salad to cheese bread to pizza everything was great! Even finished with Mini Cannolis. But the best part of the entire experience was our server Zackory. He was attentive, knowledgeable and openly impressive as waiter. Great job! View all feedback.

Food was excellent. Waitress needs to be retrained. Had to go look for her 2 times to get a pop refill then next for napkins. Never found her. She seemed she did not want to be there and did not care at all about her other tables as well.The hostess was kind and waited on us for the rest of our stay. Very disappointed.
