If they served organic coffee and did Oatly oat milk it would be 4 maybe 5 stars! They started doing Oatly but then stopped and coffee seems to have gone down hill in the last few months. For the coffee, perhaps look in to where pret a manger get theirs from and offer it for a little extra money as a selling point if you can't make it work at current prices.
