The Defford Arms offers a great value carvery with succulent turkey and fabulous vegetables, though the harsh lighting may be off-putting. Despite excellent food, the service and attitude of staff were lacking in manners and friendliness. Customer service regarding hotel stay was unprofessional, but the food was outstanding. While the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, the carvery was exceptional with friendly service. Visitors praised the outstanding service, fantastic carvery, and warm, welcoming waitresses. Overall, the Defford Arms offers the best carvery experience in Worcestershire with delicious food and exceptional service, making it a must-visit for roast lovers.
