The garden is very picturesque and they offer an extensive lunch menu (no dinner service from what I remember). The landlord and his wife were very polite and accommodating. I heard about this restaurant from recommendations for their Sunday lunch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, we were not impressed with the roast. It lacked flavor and was of poor quality. We tried adding salt and pepper to enhance the taste, but it was still bland. It's a shame because the setting of the restaurant is beautiful.
