Normally pretty good food. Seems like lack of communication with customers and guests when busy and even with coworkers. Maybe more people are needed on shift if it would help during peak hours with how they are suppose to answer the drive threw and greet the first 3 seconds. They’re gonna charge for extra Carmel on a sundae and then put less than what even usually goes on a sundae, drive thru lady was super sweet but how is a sundae with extra anything gonna be 98% ice cream and 2% of the fudge or Carmel?
