we decided to eat here for a change. honored by beautiful young man shown on table directly away menus were given to us and we were given time to search. we ordered a bottle of pinot grigio to share. eat hot and sour soup pork/prawn spring rolls that are massive. for the main shredded chicken and bark filet with king prawn and a side of egg roasted rice. eating was very tasty on both selections only negative are food... We’ve been here lots of times, whenever we come to York we make a point of booking Red Chilli. This time I really wish we hadn’t. The staff were efficient as always but the food was terrible!! Even though the quality of the ingredients were good it was tasteless, especially the salt and pepper ribs and chicken wings, the hot and sour soup was neither, the aromatic crispy duck also wasn’t crispy….
