What User likes about The Rise Restaurant, Terrace Bar:
we visited yesterday afternoon with my son (4 years old) and my daughter (6 years old) from the moment when we came to the hotel, we were very welcome and the staff couldn't do enough. we had the afternoon, which was beautiful and the staff was fantastic, especially with the children. it was very relaxing, but service was very fast and friendly we will certainly return and recommend to others. What m doesn't like about The Rise Restaurant, Terrace Bar:
We went in for an afternoon tea and the service was without a doubt very slow, the food came a long while later, macaroons were undercooking (mushy and soft), the sandwiches were underfilled. This experience was very surprising in itself! The floor was half empty and they were aware of the time crunch but still took their time, so was not the most ideal of places to be but we were able to book a few hours beforehand....
