I did not receive the Spicy McChicken sandwich that was part of a promotional offer for a free sandwich with my order. Although I'm not as upset since it was a free item, the promotion is actually what influenced my decision to order from McDonald's. Otherwise, I would have chosen a different restaurant. The driver was not to blame; it was the fault of the store. Despite the fact that the food was already prepared when he arrived, he had to wait.
