A QUESTION FOR YORKTOWN PIZZA.......can you make me a deep-fried calzone? When I was a kid, they were almost all deep fried, no matter where you went. The raw dough shell was deep fried, stuffed with whatever you wanted, and then baked for a few minutes. Nobody wants to do that anymore. Too much work, I guess. Can you do it?
