With new ownership comes change, and the Refuge has made some positive ones. The ambience was more modern with clean lines and modern art on the walls and the menu has been updated which it needed. The execution however needs improvement, the staff seemed disinterested and aloof. The food was ok, the salmon tasted frozen and the rice was cold.
