I really enjoyed my afternoon at Zanini, the terrace on the canal was a great start of our evening with some nice drinks. Waited for an hour till we got our food (one simple pasta snack) and missed a show because of it. When we told the staff they reacted very unfriendly telling us we could have cancelled the food and acted very arrogant. We wouldn’t have mind it as much if they could’ve just made an apology.
