I love Vietnamese food and judge a restaurant on the strength of its Pho. The beef pho at Sailors Cafe is excellent! It’s aromatic with loads of paper thin slices of tender beef. The only thing missing is the side plate of fresh green herbs, shallots and bean sprouts. We tried the pork ragout and the spiced chicken thigh and both were delicious.
