I am not a particularly big fan of venison and was a bit disappointed not to find some standard fare like steak or any other type of meat. I did order the deer entrecôte and it was prepared nicely. The chestnuts were delicious and the red cabbage was also very nice, not too red winey , which is what sometimes happens in lower standard restaurants.
