Pulcino, run by a renowned swiss gastronomic group, is a fantastic restaurant, actually one of my all time favorites. Recently they changed the interior and there is more emphesize on chicken but you will find many other italian style dishes. All cooked to perfection. "Italian" cuisine might be a flexible term, but definitely "home made tagliolini" is not, when you get plain, bought, overcooked spaghetti. Also there is a difference between "insalata caprese" and "mozzarella with bruschetta filling", the first one having some olive oil and basil and the second having much oil and garlic. Also cherry tomatoes are not the right ingredient for that.The staff was friendly and the price "standard". The meal was just quite low quality.
