"I was meeting a friend for lunch and booked a table (unfortunately) assuming there would be something that could accommodate vegan even if it was just a salad. I asked a member of staff (who looked like a manageress) but she didn't even seem to understand what vegan was but then said they don't cater for vegans. I was shocked and said surely something could be made vegan but she insisted there was only a vegetarian menu. I pointed out that on the back of the menu it said that most dietary requirements could be met, but she said again they don't cater for vegan. Then she said she could ask if a specific thing I asked for could be vegan (even though I kept asking can ANYTHING be made vegan) so I asked about the falafel burger and she was even rude the way she responded. She came back and ignored me, I had get her attention to ask her again and she said no. The whole experience was awful. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone ever again. On top of all this they have a contact email address that just bounces back. It's a joke of a place."
