"So far everything was in order: nice operation. good cake, good pommes. cover against the cold. but disturbing for us and friends incl. baby was the dog that belonged to the owner family or their friends and was tied 1 meter away from us. we find: the disorder/impairment should be perceived as a host."

"We took 5 children in the 2.5 hours walk from Bruennihuette and were surprised how clean and welcoming it was. The rooms were simple, but clean and the food was excellent. The views are stubborn, especially for snow-covered mountains and wild flowers. We're coming back here!"

"Ganz nahe am Landesplattenberg ist das Restaurant Sonne. Der Name ist Programm, überall im Restaurant sind Dekorationen mit der Sonne und vom Frühling bis in den Herbst hat es eine grosse Sonnenterrasse.Im gemütlichen Säli kann man die Salate vom Buffet selbst aussuchen. Bekannt ist das "Plattenbergsteak", das auf dem heissen Schiefer serviert wird. Zusammen mit der hausgemachten Kräuterbutter und den weitherum bekannten Pommes-Frites eine Delikatesse.
