"Edith is not only a nice host, but also a very professional cook and teacher. in her easy-going style she learned us a lot about vegan cooking and especially how to prepare a delicious meal that was totally vegan in Asian style. after we're in a workshop of 3 hours. have prepared various dishes, we have prepared the table and enjoyed the delicious results of our work together. as a non-vegetrian and non-vegan participant (but as a mother of vegeterian/vegan children) I was more than pleasantly surprised by all the tasteful possibilites she presented to us. it was a great wide and we will be back because it has many other recipes to teach us."
