"Time and day: 4:40 PM. 14th of August (Sunday). Served by a very rude female staff with tan skin and bleached hair. I ordered half chicken and chips and requested both legs, but politely changed the order to quarter chicken and chips when the request was denied. She proceeded to make a fuss about it to her colleague right in front of me, not knowing I speak the language. When the food was ready she simply yelled “ready!”, dropped the food at the counter and just walked away before I even had the chance to get off my chair. Btw, I wasn’t even asked if I was eating in or taking away (I was eating in). Which is all not too bad.. but the cutleries were not even included so I went back inside to request for cutleries coz I was starving and wanted to eat in. She hands me the filthiest cutleries she could find I ended up eating with my hands using the paper bag as a plate. I’ve been going to Ogalos all over Sydney for over 15 years and this is the worst experience I’ve had lol ! Congratulations I’m never coming there again."

"Good gelato (great waffle cones! , decent coffee, ok cannoli, average service. I had their rum-raisin and vanilla gelato, it was very nice. I enjoyed the cappuccino, unsure what brand of coffee is used but it's pretty good. They ran out of their traditional cannoli, so I decided to buy the ones that were filled with gelato. They're alright but you really can't go past the original. My biggest issue was the staff. They were a little rude and very short with us, but at the end of the day we only had to interact with them for a couple of minutes before we went and sat outside. Ample seating is available. Over all I thoroughly enjoyed the sweets on offer, but the staff need to put a smile on their face and make it look like they want to be there."
