"Used to really like this place, and while food was still very good, portions are smaller and they now add an 18% service charge (menu hade note at bottom that 8% service charge was included, but it was, in fact, added. Extra for credit card too. Then without our asking, they immediately bring over a bottle of Poland Spring which is listed as $2.50 on menu. No idea if first bottle was included since we never opened it. Note, I have no idea if service charge went to waiters. I hope so as we tipped only enough to bring up to my normal tip. I don’t like these practices and will likely not go back."
