"A place to remember. Everything was great. Nice quiet place. Beautiful spacious room with views of the Tarn. The entire interior of the hotel and the restaurant is attractive, with a concern for harmony, taste and detail. This also applied to the 5-course menu. It's been a long time since we ate such a fantastic meal. And a beautiful white Burgundy. There is a wide selection of wines from different regions. Was there anything else to note? Yes, we found the unbreakable coffee. Strong and bitter. And an extra bravo for the very competent and pleasant service. Een plek om niet meer te vergeten. Alles was top. Mooie, rustige ligging. Prachtige ruime kamer met uitzicht op de Tarn. From hele inrichting van hotel in restaurant is sfeervol, met oog voor harmony, smaak in detail. Dat gold ook voor het 5-gangen menu. We hebben lange tijd niet zo fantastisch gegeten. Een daarbij een prachtige witte Burgundy. Er is een ruime keuze aan wijnen uit verschillende regio's. Was er nog iets aan te merken? Ja, koffie vonden we niet te drinken. Sterk in bitter. In een extra pluim voor de zeer kundige en aardige bediening."

"We stopped there for one meal only en route and quite enjoyed it! A tad pricey for such a small place but the season is relatively short, I suppose... The duck hearts skewers were superb!"

"Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits lors de nos vacances. Accueil très agréable, chambre décorée sobrement mais avec beaucoup de goût. Un cadre très reposant avec une jolie petite terrasse ombragée pour chaque chambre. Le restaurant de l'auberge est tout aussi authentique avec ses murs de pierre. Les menus proposés sont délicieux cuisinés avec des produits frais. Absolument divine la joue de porc!!! Merci pour cet excellent moment passé chez vous."
