"We wanted to try this restaurant for a while now, it is usually full so a reservation is required. We where lucky, when we Calle they had just received a cancellation. Nice and well maintained location. Tables where immaculately clean and well prepared. Service was professional and super friendly, people appear to like their job. Menu is good and very well priced and in addition we recommend the regional wine that is available. Food service was quick and the food was very well presented and super tasty. I record the Salat with goat cheese and duck breast as starter!. There is a reason why the Bistro is on the Top of the ratings with trip advisor. Super quality, excellent value for money, great location and super friendly service. A must visit if you come to Angers, we would give more than 5 stars if we could"
