"Rude, unpleasant, disrespectful, discourteous, seemingly intentionally obtuse and unhelpful waitress/order taker. When I went to pick up my order she wasn't paying attention since she was having a personal conversation with someone in her earbud. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were not present. Then after saying how they're going to lose a good customer she claimed it wouldn't be the first time that happened to the current management. Food is decent just was very turned off being treated that way after being a consistent customer."

"I have been to Rj's a few times and I have never been disappointed. We did not have a reservation and was told it would be about 1/2 hour wait but they ended up seating us within 15 minutes. We had a cozy corner seat , which was a tight spot but still comfortable. Our waitress had to maneuver around other tables to get our food to us but she did an amazing job. The food was great but what I love the most is that they don't rush you and they encourage you to stay as long as you like. When I go out with friends its about quality time catching up and savoring the moment. If you want to just eat and go you might want to find a different place to go. They are really hospitable and the wait staff and owner work really hard. Every time I have eaten there the owner has done double duty as host and helping out the wait staff. Our waitress, I believe her name was Amanda, was great!!"

"Definitely more like a 4.5, with a -0.5 for being a little pricier in my opinion. That being said, the food is made quickly and is delicious. First time ordering takeout and the dumplings are outstanding, and this is an Italian place! I'd recommend anyone to give it a shot. Haven't tried everything, but costs of things have gone up, it's local, and the foods actually delicious, so at least get some dumplings."

"Service was good/fast food was ok--clams were chefs kiss but Alfredo was basically ragu. The prices for the amount you got was way WAY too high. The portion sizes were microscopic. Also nothing was hot-like warm at best."
