"Telephoned an order to collect, when I got back to the house and opened it up the King Rib was burned the chips were more like Crisps and the Grease was dripping of the King Rib, the Sausage’s Had very little Batter on them and again the chips were more like Crisps, absolutely disgusting, I collected my order at 7.30pm and they close at 8 O’clock maybe the staff just uses the left over chips ? I have previously been to the Plaice to be and the food was totally different, and if I may add the staff was more friendly on the previous occasion also"

"Arrived at the long house, immediately a friendly greeting was given and shown on our table. our drinks ordered and decorated with the menus. we received our drinks and ordered our meals. our meals came, beautiful presentation. 3 courts were ordered. 2 of the 3 were very nice the third was, unfortunately not great tasting. but the administration noticed the situation and immediately came by and took the court away and offered another dish from the menu. the court came, which was completely redeemed throughout the evening. I must acknowledge the amazing service of the long house administration / before the house personnel. dessert is a big plus. the long house is a certain must try. thanks to the staff of a good night."
