"Our favorite hot pot in the area good quality meats, good variety of veggies and other add ins. I do wish it was more of a buffet style like other hot pot restaurants where you could get up and grab the ingredients that you want. Service is usually slow and wait times can be very long on the weekends. You have to be there in person to get on the waitlist. We usually come during off peak hours or hang out in the nearby HMart food court.Double check that this is still the case, but bring photo ID and eat for free on your birthday."

"Food is amazing! Some of the best seafood I've ever had. Char-grilled is the way to go. The lobster bisque was also really good (and filling)! The only reason I leave off 1 star is because the decor/furniture gives it a confusing vibe. The ceiling muraland fish tanks are nice. The food is kind of expensive (totally worth it) but the chairs and plastic tablecloths makes it lookkind of cheap. I'll definitely be back!"

"Went at a very slow time- 430 pm, so the place was almost empty. Seated quickly, the meal and service were very good. All our food was hot, and flavors were quite nice. If I find myself back in this area, i wouldn't hesitate to go again."

"I love this place. Period! Since most outlets serve sweet dishes, I have made sure that they use a sauce that is not SWEET! Most of the sauces are prefabricated so they are sweet, sad) but the lady who took my order was super sweet and she made a customized dish for me Hunan Chicken with additional spices. Not only that I asked her to use orange chicken in another hot sauce, so she made a new dish again. I was so happy. And I'm addicted to her Gyzos. I was there three times! Can't wait to try more in their menu."
