"Mit auswärtigem Besuchern besuchten wir das Lokal wieder einmal, weil es ihnen dort früher schon einmal gut gefallen hat. Obwohl nur wenige Gäste da waren und somit kein Grund für Stress erkennbar war, begann aber die Katastrophe bereits mit der Essensbestellung: die Bedienung kannte offensichtlich die Speisekarte nicht, musste sich erst in der Küche erkundigen, ob ein bestimmtes Gericht verfügbar sei, obwohl es in der Karte als Wochenmenü angeboten wurde. Dann wurde schließlich ein bestelltes Gericht fälschlicherweise doppelt serviert. Die bestellten "großen Salatteller" entpuppten sich als ein kleines Häufchen gemischten Salates (ohne Kartoffelssalat, ein Unding im Schwabenländle), lieblos zugedeckt mit ein paar nackten Salatblättern ohne jede Soße. Nach diesbezüglicher Beschwerde nahm die Bedienung die Salatteller wieder mit und brachte sie nach kurzem, nun angereichert mit etwas Kartoffelsalat und übersprühter cremeartiger Soße (aus der Flasche?), zurück (ist das aus hygienischen Gründen überhaupt erlaubt, Essen, das die Küche verlassen hat, wieder dorthin zurückzubringen?). Von "groß" konnte man allerdings immer noch nicht sprechen. Die dazu bestellten Croutons ließ man sich mit jeweils 3 Euro vergüten.Beim Bezahlen ging's dann weiter: nachdem die Bedienung eine Person abkassiert hatte, glaubte sie, einen Posten vergessen zu haben, und verlangte einen "Nachschuss", was sich dann aber nach genauem Nachrechnen als ungerechtfertigt herausstellte. Schließlich griff (vermutlich) der Chef selber ein, dem aus der Ferne die Kalamität wohl nicht entgangen war, und brachte den Bezahlvorgang zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Sein Angebot eines kostenlosen Kaffees riss das Ganze dann auch nicht mehr heraus; wir verzichteten darauf gerne.Die Verständigung mit der Bedienung gestaltete sich insgesamt aufgrund deren anscheinend unzureichender deutscher Sprach- und Schriftkenntnisse auch nicht ganz einfach.Die Qualität des Essens (außer den Salaten) war zufriedenstellend, aber angesichts der verheerenden Servicemängel kann man derzeit keine Empfehlung für das Restaurant abgeben, was in Anbetracht der reizvollen Lage des Lokals schade ist."
