"Don 't usually write negative reviews for small businesses but the level of disrespect I recently experienced here compels me to forewarn future diners. Not only did they forget one of the rolls we ordered AND up-sold us a substitution nirigi that ended up being $10 more AND told us our order would be ready in 20 mins and it took nearly *double* that...but the kicker was me coming back to tell them they forgot some nigiri we ordered that they STILL charged us for, and then them suggesting we were lying when we asked for our money back. The cashier floppy hair, Nirvana sweatshirt made every single excuse in the book why he couldn 't do it oh, our owner is in church now! and even took a phone call without putting them on hold while we spoke to him. Full disclosure: I 'm from out of town, so no big whoop to them that I 'll never come back. But the guy I was with lives within walking distance and he 's very much a regular customer. Well, he WAS a regular customer. He won 't go back the way we were treated. He also told me the restaurant randomly erased his rewards points a month ago. Lastly: Cashier dude doesn 't really listen to Nirvana. You can just tell."

"We always loved Crab Hut. Only this day the waitress was not too excited to work, but I was there so often, that is unusual because most are so friendly and engaged. Your seafood bucket was delicious! They increase 18% service fee, but it is listed on their website and that goes to the staff. You can leave a tip about it as optional."

"Great service, very generous portions and relatively low prices compared to similar sushi places. If you are super picky with sushi, you may not be particularly impressed, but I am going here when I stay in my budget and enjoy some American Japanese favorites. Been here several times with entertainment coupons, but they have great deals even without them. Only the main handle that somehow makes it difficult to overlook... The manager (owner perhaps) although nice lady leads her business in the main kitchen room and she is quite loud until it is a little disturbing when you try to enjoy your meal in peace. Very unJapanese lol! So if you go here for decent Japanese food at a reasonable price point, you will probably like it, but it is hit or miss with the ambience when you eat."
