"Ordered online and went to pick up in store. The internet was down by no fault of their own. The employees were calm, but let me know I'd have to wait to get my food. While I waited, everyone was polite and courteous. I got my food after about 10 minutes. Spicy pizza was very good."

"Terrible customer service. They left me on hold for 20 minutes, Just to come back and say they couldn't help me due to the regional manager not being there. I felt defeated after he said that. He could've told me from the start that I couldn't be helped. But instead made me sit there and crave for my papa John's, just to break my heart. I'm really disappointed."

"The subs are fantastic. The bread is perfect, just firm enough on the crust, super soft inside. There was a lot of meat on the sub it stayed together without falling apart everywhere. I didn't have pizza, so I can't comment on that. Good service as well."

"Ordered 2 of their Detroit pizzas, after paying, they said they already sold them and to pick something else. We ordered a margarita pizza. The pizza came out after everyone else was finished eating and it was awful... it was a cardboard frozen crust with a LAKE of cheap canned tomato sauce poured on it, six little dabs of mozzarella, and four basil leaves. So much sauce, you couldn't pick a slice up without the sauce and the few topping flowing off onto the plate. Absolutely aweful.
