"Very good service and very good location. the thermal bath is located in a wide area. Unfortunately, the rooms are small and the restaurant convinces of the quality in the evening. You better get out to eat. rooms are clean and cozy."

"We were out of ideas for a last minute dinner for two. Passing by Hato, a foto caught my eye and since my daughter loves sushi we decided to walk in. We were lucky to find a table. The dark, modern atmosphere with the leather chairs is attractive. Our sashimi-nigiri dinner was very good, the quality of the fish was excellent. Our Italian waiter was a pleasant man, so our dinner turned out a success."

Меню хоть и второй год не меняется, но выбор блюд достаточный и все очень вкусно. как взрослым так и детям. некоторые горячие блюда готовят на перевозной плите-столешнице прямо в зале около Вас. Получаем неплохое бесплатное шоу, которое особо интересно для детей, Да и взрослым посмотреть на это тоже интересно. Бронировать ресторан надо заранее!"

"Service à la Française" at his best with White-Tie and tails waiters. It means that the "service en salle" continues the work of the chef. I do not think that we can get this high class type anywhere on the world. My wife ordered Truffles and Boletus (ceps) soup. First it arrives in a silver soup turreen slightly kept at tempetature by the waiter and then served in a china soup plate. It was so fantastic that she asked for a refill. They do the same procedure and change again the plate and the spoon. According to her it was the best she ever had.I had a "tartar de Loup" Atlantic sea bass with black truffles. FANTASTIC! The Champagne risotto with shrimps and the Scampi Caneloni were magnificent. The caneloni sauce was fonderful but the crust was slightly too thick.The ochestra was perfect discreet and talented.But the most wonderful thing to appreciate was the palace service. It was a beautiful flowless ballet!The restaurant manager Nicola is probably the best "Art Conductor" in this field!It is expensive but it ls certainly an experience you will ever remember. And love has no price...(specially in St. Moritz)"
