"Lady owners coukd take care of their customers less. my man has been able to eat breakfast last week and they forget the toast. now goes back today they forget the toast and do not prepare the order right so that my man goes back and they give him an ice cold breakfast and too badly we tell them 2 new eggs and toast so that they cam eat their cold breakfast now. I call and ask to speak to the owner who cares less and she laughed about me and daid I don't care if they don't come back because there are aleays more customers I really dont care she said. Wow's disease and an entrepreneur and cant even get speck and eier or customer service right I don't know where it comes from, but I would appreciate my customers and get very basic articles made right that really don't even need half brain! spend their money on places where they serve them right and actually take care of their people"

"I waited a long time 15 mins in line outside after ordered Coffee ! Coffee was not warm or hot coffee and taste was WEAK COFFEE???? I requested to the server by the window to change my ???? just warm coffee but REFUSED THÉ MANAGER CAME AND SHE AGREE WITH THE STAFF THAT WILL NOT SÈRVE ANOTHER COFFEE. So I told them : TAKE IT BACK BUT REFUSED IT and CLOSED THE WINDOW???? on me !!!!!! VERY POOR SERVICE ????? what happened to the GREAT SERVICE of McDonald?s?? ????? SAD TO say my bad experience this evening ! IN THE PAST If you They did have Great SERVICE but NOW but very POOR SERVICE ????"

"We just arrived in the area after a long day on the road and were looking for a place to eat. We came across Primo not knowing what to expect but we were tired and hungry and went in. We were promptly seated and waited...upon. There were many menu choices from which to choose from gyros, Italian, fish and American dishes. We decided on the special which included soup, salad, main course and dessert. The servings were large having us to ask for a to go box. Two of us had the filet of sole and my wife had the veal parm. The meal was well prepared, hot and very tasty. This restaurant is definitely a local favorite as you could see many of the diners were from the area with their very casual everyday dress. My only compliant was the speed of service as there was only one person that served as the hostess, waitress and bar attendant. Once our meal order was placed our meals were served within minutes but we had long wait for our dessert order to be placed and to be given our check. Hopefully this was not an everyday occurrence as they were short on help this night. Would I go back for dinner again ABSOLUTLY as the meal was OUTSTANDING."
