"I am in Honba sushi heaven. I don't know how you guys do it time and time again? The rainbow roll is the most amazing thing on the planet! The salmon and tuna draped over the top are so fresh and soft and buttery it melts in your mouth!! The avocado is always the perfect texture. The rolls are exquisitely made. Nothing ever falls apart. I also order the dragon roll which is delicious and perfectly made each time. The miso soup was hot on delivery and it is delicious. Let me also say that the ginger is always SO fresh!! Fresher than anywhere I have ever ordered sushi. I have probably ordered a year now and this is the most consistent sushi restaurant for highest quality super rolls. But they are pricey, so I can only occasionally splurge on it. If I could eat here everyday I would!But what are those little candies in the delivery? I can't understand the language but they taste like coffee and something sweet at the same time.Anyways thank you guys, keep up the great work!!"

"I’m a frequent customer of this restaurant. Huge portions and delicious food. Amazing customer service as well. I’ve only done takeout/pickup but the restaurant interior is very cozy. The wait times for food can get a bit long during peak hours so it’s always better to go during less busy hours or order ahead on their website to pickup. Best of all, they’re locally owned by Vietnamese! Their main dishes are my favourite because you can choose 2 sides."

"We ordered Ginza through skip. Skip never got us our order : and of course, Skip told us to request a refund, right, but no dinner. End of story, usually....BUT... Ginza went above and beyond... I called to see if the order had indeed by fulfilled and it was. The owners followed up with me right away text and a call) to investigate and say they would take care of it. And did they ever! They offered us a complete reorder On the house!! UNHEARD of !!The sushi IS excellent flavorful and we enjoyed it very much this busy May long weekend. They made time for us and were amazing. The staff were empathetic, courteous, fast, and gracious and we are definitely going back! They ALSO gifted us with a $10 certificate off of our next order....Thank You GINZA!I am grateful to have had the chance to meet you."

"With as many reviews and such a high rating, I was actually disappointed.The good, the restaurant was open late, the staff greeted and acknowledged us upon entry to the restaurant. The staff were easy to distinguish between customers by uniforms and the restaurant was clean.The not so good, the restaurant was not busy, and they were just not with it. We sat for 10 minutes before being given menus. The cost is not relevant to the quality or quantity of food given. The rolls seems really small/skinny on the filling and sauces were very small amounts on each piece.Overall just kinda expected better.Will not be returning.P.S please update your sign about no longer offering all you can eat.(new to the area) pulled into the parking lot and noticed the all you can eat (got excited about sampling all different options) on the sign only to be told by staff that they have not offered all you can eat since covid."

"Picked up lunch from Watta today. Haven't had sushi from them for a few years, from what I remembered it was great ...today not so much. I ordered tuna goma ae, bakudan and a beach roll . The rolls were ok, but the goma ae was terrible. Don't know what kind of dressing was on it, but it was tasteless. I'll bring it home and put my own homemade sesame dressing on it so it's edible."
