"Terrible service with our waitress yesterday during lunch hour. It’s my second time having her while dining at Uptown Sushi and I was honestly disappointed that I got her again because of my first experience with her. I don’t even know if she even shared her name with us when we were first seated but she seemed very cold, unfriendly, Inattentive, and honestly it looks like she doesn’t even want to be at work. She does not have much of a smiley face at all. I’m sure you can look up who serviced our table by looking up my reservation and checking the system but it seems like she typically services the back left tables by the sushi bar and I think the only female waitress there. I’m not the person to write bad reviews unless I feel very compelled to but two bad experiences from the same waitress is very disappointing. I enjoy the food here but staff like that makes me not want to return. Horrible/lack of service for a “higher end” sushi restaurant in uptown."
