"I am always very satisfied with my visits to Chipotle. I eat there several meals a week and have never once had a bad experience until today. The staff was pleasant and fast with the exception of one young lady who I am guessing was probably an assistant manager based on her power trip. She came out berating me for taking photos. Other than her though it was still a good experience and if not for her I would have given five stars."

"The chicken tinga was dry and did not have a very prominent taste. The chips served with the ceviche were stale. The steak tacos were delish! And the jalapeno margarita was wonderful. The perfect amount of heat."

"I totally understand the negative reviews but the best I can say is, its just a bunch of high school kids doing their best. How many times have I ordered 'double meat ' on-line just to get home and go.... oh... ok, glad I paid extra for something you didn 't give me. Its like, are the managers paying the kids commissions to not give as much food out or something? Why is it such a problem? Seriously, I am legitimately asking if they get more money if they have extra food to throw away at the end of the night. It sucks having to play the game of asking for meat, then when they slide it down the line ask for double meat because they already showed their hand. But when you pay an extra $4.00 you better keep that in check. Are the negative reviews true? Yes. Are you paying a bunch of high-schoolers to 'do their best '? also Yes. Give them a break."

"Just had a Chipolte cheese quesadilla for dinner tonight. So totally disappointed. Have ordered this before and don't remember it being quite so bad.First, no cheese, whatsoever. There was a tiny bit of (what I think was) cheese, (hard), adhered to the container, but nothing in the quesadilla itself. Kinda thought, based on cheese quesadillas from other restaurants/fast food, that when I order a cheese quesadilla, there will actually be cheese included. Also, only 2 pieces of quesadilla (normally get 4-6 from other restaurants).What I got was a multi-layer (because of folding) tortilla, nothing else.Based on what I ordered, it was also supposed to include pico de gaio, crema, and guacamole, but instead of guacamole, I got what looked like pompano peppers."

"Bowls were cooked well, the dining room is clean, and the staff is friendly.Today was a bit of a miss with a large cheese quesadilla. Not only was the cheese not melted/cooked at all, but I paid close to $10 for a flour tortilla with some shredded cheese inside of it. I don't understand how that can be priced higher than a burrito bowl with rice, beans, meat, salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, etc.Chipotle should really revisit that."

"There was 4 of us. We get seated by the hostess and as we were walking the floors were so sticky that it was hard for me to even get my shoe up. We get seated they gave us four glasses of water two straws two plates for an appetizer again they were four of us as one of us were drinking from the glass of water, the glass was shattered and had a huge crack at it we told the waitress and she said OK I will get you another glass no apologies no nothing. The food comes out as we begin to eat I ordered the chicken habanero it is supposed to have chorizo chicken avocado bell pepper in it. The chef forgot to put the chorizo in it again we informed the waitress no apologies just went and got a couple chorizo to put in our tacos. All in all, food was tasteless, service was awful,. Place is going down hill."
