"Rude, impolite and apparently racist... We have traveled a lot in the last 20 years and it is shocking to see such closed mind people on such beautiful Swiss lake. In a cold rainy day, we have just arrived with our 2 kids. After entering the waiter was ignoring us. After say hi to her, we got a cold and unprofessional welcome, they said that there was no table. Incredibly, they said to the people who just arrived behind us to wait that a table will be ready soon. Perhaps because we had 2 kids or because we are black? We come back to gently ask to the manager if there was a issue, but she said just nothing and make a laugh ... It is sad that place like this exist on such a beautiful Swiss lake, we discourage all open minded people to go in such unprofessional and sadly racist place.. If you look for a place to to feel welcome and with good people, find another place!!! Reply to the owner: Effectively, we had a very different perception of the realty, but it seems useless that I explain you how to make your job. Luckily us, we found a nice café close by, which was also crowded, but we had a warm welcome and a kind service."
