"I went there round 10pm ish. The price is the same as at any other pizza pizza. My order was :Cheese PizzaTopping: Black olives, jalapenos and extra cheeseWedges smallWell the estimated wait time was 20 mins. But he almost burnt the pizza cause he was on his phone. We are lucky that he didn't and it tasted good. The wedges hadn't even started cooking yet because again he was on his phone. Keep in mind it was a personal phone so definitely not taking an order. I'd rate the pizza a 5/5 it was good. The wedges well... They were burnt. Some of the prices were well cooked while the others were burnt. So if you are getting just a pizza from this store go ahead. You'll love this place. But the customer service and time management is questionable. So if that doesn't bother you I'd definitely recommend going to this place."

"Went on February 21st with the family and very disappointed by lady server.1 we need to remind them to change their gloves from non vegetarian foods to veg food.2 it was said that $5.99 burrito limit is 2 but not specified that limit 2 per person and we were more than 2 persons. we paid the full price for more than 2 burritos3. has not offered a quitting 4. I didn't put paper napkins in the package. I am surprised $27 for 2 small $5.99 burrito 1 small bohnen burrito and 1 jurrito plus tax. very cautious and must ask for maintenance. read other reviews and seems that this situation has a history of similar reviews."

"We used Gino's for our Children's Christmas Party at the Burlington Public Library - we ordered 6 square party pizzas to be picked up on Sunday morning Nov 30, 2014. The manager Yama was there personally to be sure we received our pizzas hot from the oven on time - when I arrived the last one was being boxed up so they were hot and fresh and ready on time. I couldn't have had a better experience. This Gino's location is at the corner of New St and Guelph Line in the plaza - I do not think it is the same location as the prior reviews. Anyway, since the party we have already been back to order wings and Greek Salads - again the food and service were really good!"

"Great pizza and service. We called around 1:10 am and ordered an XL pepperoni for pick up, cost only 8$, and it was huge. Taste great, looks great, always a pleasure to eat there. Best pizza in burlington next to Eatalia."
