"After ordering a bacon and egg meal, plus extra hash brown online well before midday, I had to wait in drive thru line for over 20 mins, gave my code only to be given just a hash brown at the final window, I was then told the other items I ordered were not available as it was now after 12:00.They should honour all incoming orders made before 12. Their solution was that I could wait another 15mins for their muffin oven to heat up again, this was no longer practical or convenient especially after already waiting so long."
