"As a doordash driver, every single time I have an order here and it’s 30-60 mins before they close, doesn’t matter when you show up they’ll all be cleaning and you’ll ask for you order and then you’ll wait another 5 minutes until they start making it, then another 5 minutes while they make it when it could have been made before you even showed up but they want to leave early so they clean everything instead of making the orders."

"This is the most bizarrely incompetent fast food restaurant I have ever come across. I am going to skip past annoying but at least somewhat understandable things, like waiting 15 minutes in the drive through while barely moving and ultimately just driving away because I have no idea how long I 'll have to wait there. I 'm going to focus instead on the things that are so bizarre they make me wonder if I 'm actually in a sitcom.The last time I went, they were out of beef. Just no beef, at all, which of course means no tacos... at *Taco* Bell. I cannot imagine why a taco restaurant would not order enough taco ingredients to get them through the day.Went just now, and they said apologize for the inconvenience, but our system is down so we can 't take orders. Can 't take any orders or give you any food, but they 're still open, so their sole business now is just announcing they can 't give you any food.This has to be a money laundering front. There is no way this place is actually is actually making enough money for upkeep and employees if it 's not selling food, so this is the only explanation."

"I was curious about Chipotles’ long published Vegan Bowl, mind, not the vegetarian bowl as I have been vegan since 1970. I observed franchises closer and closer to me, first Glastonbury, then Middletown, and then lastly Groton. Now it was time for me to donate my body to science and try the Vegan Bowl with Brown Rice. (The Brown Rice option was what won me over, like I white rice, the same as I shook white flour and white sugar. Chipotles’ proprietary “Sofritas” of the Vegan Bowl are comminuted pieces of Tofu, nothing like crispy mock meat, industrialized non-food that make a hone of veganism, and that I also avoid. As a big eater, I ordered two bowls. My first bowl was good, the brown rice was dry and hard and somewhat underboiled, but still edible, and everything else was otherwise pleasant. I particularly appreciated that nothing was too sharp, not even the two Salsas. But the second so-called Vegan Bowl held a shocking surprise. A single narrow, but almost two inches long steak piece. Yes, Steak. Steak is not wrong. I can understand that cross-contamination could occur when the server uses the same pan to pour out a keto bowl or a high protein bowl as for pouring out a vegan bowl. This would be a measure of the inattentiveness or apathy of the server. But the piece Steak was much too big to hold on to the bottom of the pan and too long to remain unaware on the pan. I hesitate to rush unjust accusations, but I must admit that I suspect that the cook deliberately slipped this piece of meat into my second vegan dish. And there is not to say what else of animal origin would have been in a less visible form. We vegans and vegetarians must always be vigilant when you eat. Even if my accusation about the deliberate addition of Steak is unfounded, this incident always reminds me of veg restaurants that prefer only veg-friendly. For the latter, all their products that are labeled vegan should add advice: produced in a plant that processes animal body parts. May contain meat. I must emphasize that my experience is the reputation of only the outlet in Groton, not of Chipotle in general, and not of this outlet in Glastonbury. I could still try a Vegan Bowl in Middletown or Glastonbury, but never again in Groton. Meanwhile, you should be vigilant for cross-contamination of meat in the vegan dish."
