"After a long and trying day of negotiations, we picked the right restaurant to celebrate and unwind. We appreciated the calm drive and the very easy, close parking. We were greeted with big friendly smiles and shown to a table with a bay view and comfortable chairs. Our server was relaxed and unhurried. From the limited menu, we ordered delicious food that came beautifully prepared and presented. Overall we enjoyed our evening.As with other reviewers, I have to point out that the prices are high especially when you pay in Canadian dollars. Tourism is our industry and this establishment also sets their prices accordingly. Our US friends may even find these prices high."

"Place looks nice. The table liner was wet though. Food was ok but very overprice for a mother's day brunch- probably expected."

"We decided to try this spot after walking around the area. We ate out on the patio which was perfect on a summer night. The prices were a tad high - on point or higher than the hotel we were staying at. Overall, the food was good for the most part. Not bad, but not New Orleans-good either. But what can you expect (my expectations weren't very high.) We shared the jambalaya, bayou chicken, seasonal salad, alligator sausage, and mussels. The standout dish was definitely the bayou chicken. It had cream and I believe it was breaded. Yum! Everything else was just alright."

When the weather conditions is good you can also eat outside.

"Great atmosphere and unique food! Been there 5 times and only thing I didn't like is they microwave the soup/stew/jambalaya which makes u think they make a weeks worth at a time... But to b fair I only saw do it 1 time"

"What a Gem! My little sister took me to this spot as we happened to be in the area. We both ordered the fish tacos. $11 each and well worth it. They took our order and prepped the food in less than 4min. That?s blazing fast in my books. Especially becauseit involves deep frying the fish. Good serving size and the taste was fantastic. Crispy fish on a bed of cabbage topped withsalsa. All served on a fresh corn tortilla. Mmmm. A benefit of this spot is their ?deli? status. No tax on this order. It?stechnically groceries. It?s definitely worth popping in here!"
