"Poor customer service and lack of care towards their product and what I’m paying for.A bagel establishment should know how to prepare a bagel with cream cheese. They do not. It doesn’t get more basic than that. I ordered two light bagels, meaning they are not too brown on top and did not request them to be toasted. No effort was made to be sure the bagel I got was as requested, he just grabbed two bagels, both were too dark. Additionally, they were both cut poorly making it difficult to eat bc the bottom too thin making them crumble while trying to eat them, and they were not cut through in half so with this pulling them apart made a mess of the bagel. A little more attention to detail would be appreciated."

"The restaurant was very spacious and had a nice view of the water from the outdoor dining area, but fair enough view from the indoor area. The bar area was very crowded, but everyone seemed fine with it. We had no reservations, but sat immediately and the waiter said hi and greeted us. We had about 4 different waiters/waxes while we were there seemed to be, since every time we told or demanded something from a waiter, the other waiter or helper was not aware of this. So we had to repeat. The drinks and the food was very tasteful, literally would have been perfect when the steak came out, it wouldn't be stuck by a bug maybe a fly in the sauce. The waitress or waitress should be aware of what they deliver to the table. Tacos were popular and Steak was okay. Sangria was delicious and the dessert 3 was so good! We got the bill with an amount and got another amount charged because one of the waiters forgot to add the dessert, now what if we had not had enough on this card; what I say is that we said the difference before we change the card. The inconvenience of service, I must give them a 4 fortunately did not give them a 3, which I had never to do to a restaurant. "Everyone was so nice, wait staff was attentive with smiles and the food was really good! Pricing is average for this type of restaurant. We always get the cornbread which we love. Tonight was the chowder, North Fork Salad and the 32 oz steak to split and take home some. I picked here for my birthday dinner and no one was disappointed!! Great view too."
