"I thank the team. a bite with a friend and his listening dog and the staff from the manager below could no longer have been accommodating. they discovered his work jacket, found space for us with space for alvin (my friend 4 legged helper, offered a drink for all 3 of us and were a real joy throughout the world. no request, no ask, only from the second we arrived. is a pleasure to enjoy dinner in a restaurant where the crew are so much fun and so friendly. Previously visited in the year and was not a farewell. eating was not ashamed either."

"Pure rubbish. We had s Groupon voucher for my mothers birthday. The voucher was for the Ala carte menu!!. What a con. The menu has now downgraded to limited selection and poor quality food. My parents have been here previous and the menu was as per the regular Ala carte menu. The restaurant obviously now believe that that the vouchers only should be sufficient to provide Iceland food and poor quality market meat. This is a shame as the this was our first experience and obviously our last.Also rude waiters."

"Came to Frankie Benny’s in the hopes of grabbing some breakfast to start a long day at the airport however, although it says they’re open today from 4am to 10pm, it’s now 7am with seemingly no hope of them opening anytime soon? No signs or anything to say why they’re closed so a bit rubbish, least they have comfyish seats! :"

"Came here Saturday evening to enjoy drinks in their garden, cocktails were amazing! There was a slight issue which involved team and management being spoken to rudely and aggressively, the team and management handled it professionally and quickly. Could’ve ruined many evenings, but the team ensured it didn’t! Hats off to the team and management who work there."
