"Perry’s provided the Salmon for a wedding I attended and it was absolutely wonderful!! The service received while ordering was excellent and the price for 40 Salmon fillets was absolutely reasonable. The Salmon was perfect and couldn’t have been better. I have never eaten anything else from there, but it is definitely somewhere I will frequent after that experience."

"A series of sarnia restaurants claim that they have the best fish chips, so we wanted them to test. well, it is not the best. two had the fish chips. pollock for fish? What happened? to heal or toddle or toddle?. the other person had deep fried garnel (also not great) and I had her texas burger who was really good. service was fast and friendly. it is a small local, with 2 billard tables a series of tables and a long bar, occupied by a series of natives. the problem came up when it was time to pony-up. they do not take debit or fee cards, only cash. Of course they have a "convenient" cash machine to place and place so they need the money (to an additional bank fee). we will continue our search for sarnia's best fish chips, as this is not one of them."

"Because our usual fish and chipboard was closed during the pandemic, we decided to try Perrys because we eat fish and chips. For the first time we had the white fish, which was muddy and really disappointing. The dough was very thick and not completely done on the inside. During our second visit a few weeks later we tried the Heilbutt Special. The fish itself was good, but the dough was again too thick, too hard and not done on the inside. The chips were both unnoticed. For a few British, this was a great disappointment and we will not return to Perry."

"We called and hoped Captain John's will open again. We had picked up a few times while Covid and although we don't like to take fish and chips out, they were just as delicious as in the restaurant. Then they closed again... We're not sure what's happening, but we want Captain John to get up again. We have tried fish and chips everywhere in the city, but are very disappointed and consider that we need to go to London. John, if you read this, please open it again."
