"When you pass through the old house, you don't have to rely on the down curtains. When you push the door, you enter a very sober room with Vietnamese students who work. the concept of this home is really very interesting, it allows to make known the old ones through associations or workshops of cooking classes or tote-bags sale... the canteen is open every day except Sunday, we are served by Vietnamese students and every meal allows to finance the association. Let's go back to the kitchen, I tasted my two flagship dishes the nems and the phô tai chin. my friend took some honey pork and some leaped vegetables. It was delicious, the nems are cooked like I like, very crispy and the stuffing is very good. the phô was excellent, the broth very fragrant and well copied. my friend's dish was very good too, the well melted meat and the crunchy vegetables. The fireplace also offers iced teas and lemonade that go perfectly with the dishes. A nice discovery."
