"An exceptional adventure tour through the culinary arts of the star kitchen. Every gang a little work of art! We chose the 6 course menu with wine tasting. The size of the individual courses was very clear, but there was 2 x a greeting from the kitchen and excellent bread throughout the evening. The seating area is spacious and quiet, but we were very irritated about the narrowness in the entrance area and on the way to the seating area, where almost the entire staff is strolling and the bread is also cut and stored. Distance to corona times is almost impossible here. The mouth and nose protection of the operating personnel is of small size and actually consists only of a tiny piece of plastic, so that one should either speak of mouth or nose protection. There's a big depreciation for that. It can't be. The chefs in the open cooking area obviously have no mouth and nose protection, but also no separation, so that there is also a relative proximity to the remaining staff and also to the guests. P.S. The cook was supposed to be pampering, constantly pushing his fingers into his mouth."

"I was in HaiBreak for the first time. Above all, I liked the beautiful view into the green. The dishes were really delicious and I found them relatively cheap! Small criticism, the Sour Cream to the potato corners was somewhat too strong in consistency. The portions were really luxuriant and the dishes were beautifully dressed. The restaurant is located on the grounds of the tennis club, but is open to everyone."

"I am a lot on the go and when I have to eat the direction, I almost always rest my lunchtime hungry at the schinitzelhuber in the mülheimer Rheinruhrzentrum, because they have the best carvings wide and wide. O.K, a shopping center is certainly not necessarily the first place to fall in if they starve, but in this case a small circumstance is really worth. the rrz is located directly on the 40 with its own descent and has over 4,000 free parking spaces, the schnitzelhuber is there in the essmeile (the festival garden) with a community seat. that is, they order the food in the tressen and then look for themselves a place from which it is always free enough. the personal is very friendly and also happy to advise and competent if they are not safe. all dishes are always freshly prepared, although they have to eat in the rule within 3-5 minutes on the dish. if it takes a little longer, for example when baked, you get a “Pager” in the hand, the piept and vibrates while eating so that you can find a place in the meantime and don’t have to stand long. I find a practical and funny idea. the carvings are not only extremely tasty, but also very low in fat, as well as fresh supplement salads in various variations. my favorite, however, are the champignons, always freshly prepared, I can only recommend. the sauces are homemade, so nothing from the bag or the dosis, and this is also tasty, the portions are very neat, even “Vielesser” are entirely at their expense. Every month there is a changing “carving of the month” that corresponds to the season, so it is not boring. my favorite is the Schnitzer-Hubertus, there are in the rule there with real forest mushrooms from oktober / november. since the last year the Austrian backhendl has been in the program, the female part of my family swears on it. everything is in a very decent price-performance ratio. as a permanent guest, they also receive at any place of eat, after 10. there is a free menu. So who really likes to rehearse a good German kitchen and can give up an operation on the table is here."
