"Nous y sommes venus entre amis pour une des soirées Jazz qui à fait la renommée de ce restaurant. Surtout ce soir par beau temps c'était vraiment fantastique.Nous avions réservé une table près de l'orchestre (ce qui est vivement conseillé) et sommes arrivé avec 1 heure d'avance afin de profiter du beau temps et du calme (acoustique) avant l'arrivée de tous les amoureux du Jazz.Seul point négatif, il a fallut au moins 8 minutes pour l'on puisse nous désigner notre table réservée.Sinon à part cela, tout à vraiment été Parfait, nous avions un serveur, super sympa, souriant avec de l'humour et surtout très rapide, malgré le monde qu'il y avait (plein de plein).Les filets de perches étaient délicieux (peu important la provenance) et les sauces que les accompagnait également.Le tartare de saumon était également très bon et très bien apprété.Félicitation à l'établissement d'offrir un tel niveau de qualité en tenant compte du grand nombre de clients venant régulièrement savourer ces soirées musicales Jazz, tout en savourant de bon plats. A réitérer"

"My wife and I wanted to eat something on late Monday. At 10pm, we were surprise as it was not too late to have dinner in this Restaurant. We ordered filet de perche , the house speciality. It was very, very good. Not really cheap but...it is worth to try it. Very nice personal and cool ambiance"

"The title says it all. Like a lot of little lakeside places in this part of Switzerland (we used to live there), these places tend to vary and are often better known by locals than by visitors. Which is fine and in the summer,...when people flock to the lake, tourists discover them too. This one is clean, the service is "smiley" and was fairly rapid (mid-week, on a showery, blustery day). The lake fish (palée in Neuchâtel, féra in the Canton of Vaud) is a whitefish that is delicious, and ours was perfectly cooked, and a generous portion including some excellent, fresh vegetables. This fish is often served with plain boiled potatoes, considering the fish is cooked in butter and we should have gone that route. However, it had been a long drive through rain and wind and hail, and we really, really fancied the comfort of French fries. They were wonderful and crisp, but the portion was gargantuan. Not a criticism, just an observation! After ten years away from Switzerland this was good, typical, local Swiss fare and we enjoyed it. Next time, however, I'd opt for plain potatoes and a plain green salad: we paid extra for a small "mixed" one that was good, but also filling. For what it's worth, the pizzas looked great, and the place was really full, despite being mid-week. The terrace was closed because of the weather, so that made a difference. Probably worth reserving in better weather and during the holiday season"

"The service: 1 hour 30 minutes to finally come and take our order. Drinks for the aperitif at room temperature instead of being cold, even a simple bottle of san peligrino is not damn cold. The cuisine: floury gnocchi (overcooked); pizzas that could be good if they weren’t burnt on the underside and with every bite you taste like burnt. ; frying the sea with small fish that becomes mash and fried squid filled with water you could make the effort to take frozen quality seriously . Even the finale was epic, we ask for coffees and we forget a coffee to serve 30 min passed, and after pointing out the oversight, the coffee finally arrives. No commercial gesture or apology worthy of the name. Wonderful, I loved this evening The only positive point is the terrace (if it is not raining), it is rather pleasant in good weather."
