"Terrible experience. Really bad service. The waitress never show up to the table to ask about if we were ok. We need things and she never came to the table. Is so sad that they change really drastically I used to come every week because I love the flavor, but now is bad they charge more for less and no quality I don’t mind paying for a good food. My family and I are disappointed for it. First When we came it took like 20 min to come and ask for the drinks and then it took more than one hour to the waitress to bring food to the table and then we order two molcajete and the meet were crispy burn no cheese just a little pieces of stuff for the price. They brought a side when everything was cold and plus she charge the 18 percent for her terrible service. Is not worth it any more"

"I have been a regular at la Cabana for over 18 years. It's a very small location and only a couple of tables inside. But the food is just as delicious to go.I hadn't been there for quite a while. Was having a difficult time deciding what to order. I love the fresh tortilla so much but today. I ordered the sopes with the carnitas, pastor,. They were excellentl.I took my niece for the first time. She had their delicious chicken tacos. She was so amazed How delicious the fresh tortillas were.I was fortunate enough to have a friend that lived in Mexico City. I traveled there over 20 times and frequented markets, restaurants and street vending. I've been in the restaurant business for over 45 years. Hands down La Cabana has the most authentic Mexican food in the Clearwater area.GO TRY THE REST ? AND THEN COME HERE AND HAVE THE BEST Kid-friendliness: I know he has a small children's menu available as well"

"2nd time there. Last time with fiancé was a nice experience. Store is within walking distance of my place and I no longer have a car. I am a person of color (as my fiancé also). Went today alone and was followed around the store like I was going to steal something (hate that). As an older Afro Latina (my familia Panamanian) I was hurt and embarrassed. That being said some produce was spoiled (cabbage, fresh herbs, etc) and the fresh cilantro was floating in rusty water (wish I took a pic). Store is nicely stocked with latin goods and the meat looked fresh. I will not go back but only because of the following throughout the store. I did purchase 4 items I needed to show I wasn 't there to steal...."

"Embarrassing and absolutely awful. Firstly there was a cockroach walking across the dining area which is gross. I ordered the chicken parmesan sub. It was terrible. The chicken was warmed up frozen pressed processed chicken meat.... The hoagie roll was stale. The sauce bland and very little cheese. I would be embarrassed to feed anyone this in my home let alone serve it to a paying customer. I will never return to this awful establishment. Embarrassing."
