Purple Restaurant from Auroville Menu

The restaurant at this resort seems to be a total catastrophe based on the reviews. Many guests were disappointed with the quality of the food and the high prices. One diner found the chili chicken to be coated in a thick layer of flour, making it hard to enjoy the meat. Another guest was shocked to be charged 150 for a small cup of masala chai. On the other hand, the resort itself also received negative feedback, with guests describing it as more of a cheap hotel than a proper resort. Overall, it seems like both the dining experience and the accommodation at this establishment left much to be desired.

This restaurant is among the best in Auroville, within the category of Cafés, and based on the average evaluation 3.2, Purple Restaurant is indeed not a bad choice.

What Binoya Krishnamurthy doesn't like about Purple Restaurant:
This place is a disaster like the hotel. The 1.5 is only for the ambience and nothing else. It's a nice place, but the food is a great disappointment. Chilli chicken has this thick layer of flour coating that made me find the meat. You can simply sit and fried on all purpose flour instead of this chili chicken.
