Cafe de L'europe - Avallon

So far, the average rating is just 2, so one has to assume that the Cafe de L'europe is not among the best rated restaurants of its current customers.

Large establishment with probably the worst waiter we've ever encountered in a French restaurant. In England we would have been looking round for a "Candid Camera" moment but this was no joke.
