Last year I would have avoided this location but I'm glad I tried it again. They've improved so much. The staff is much friendlier and more efficient. They're fully stocked on their food and it's a lot more fresh compared to before. View all feedback.
What Dan doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
They have to really be trying to mess up orders as badly as they do. Burrito missing the rice and wrap. Bowl missing the rice. Quesadilla missing everything except the wrap. I honestly have no idea how the manager at this location still has a job. It beggars belief. View all feedback.
I just had a baby and the first thing I wanted was chipotle. My husband went to buy it for me, when I opened it I regretted my decision the rice is so yet that it?s one piece. We had to take off all the rice go to the nearest Indian restaurant to order white rice then add the toppings on it. What a waste and disappointment.

We picked up a mobile order only to come home and find that the guacamole was inedible. It was clearly old and we couldn?t eat our meals at all. Whoever thinks it?s ok to serve this guacamole to customers is insane as this could make someone sick. Do not reccomend the Bayview Chipotle.
Thee most disorganized chipotle I've ever been too. My 8pm order was not ready on time. Not to mention, they were out of chips, sofritas, briskets, and fajitas. The tables were not clean, the trash was overflowing, and one of the employees cursed in front of the customers when the code for the bathroom didn't work on the first try. This was literally the worst chipotle I've experienced despite the location being fully staffed (about 6-7 employees working). I will say that the black gentleman working the pick-up area tried to be accommodating for the lack of supplies. I ended up canceling my online order by calling the customer service number. Hopefully they can order the correct number of supplies and work to on cleaning efficiently. Giving this location a 2 instead of one because of the one Black Male employee who worked really hard in a stressful environment.
I walked in to get some food today but they they had a sign on the door that you can make orders online only which I didn?t bothered to do it. Food was 25 minutes late and I didn?t get what I ordered, I paid extra to get guacamole on every order plus another side of guacamole with chips. The guys just said to do the claim online in order to get my refund. Every time I go to this place something happened. This is the last time I visited this place. They really need to get a new manager.
