Ms. Pamela treated my friends and I with great respect and made sure that we took care of them, even if their own problems were going on in their lives, she offered us a cool place to charge our phones when we were stranded, fed and made sure we were sitting in the subway every day and went about the pilot/subway. What User doesn't like about Pilot Travel Center:
There's a lot of snacks to choose from. It's clean for a truck stop. We loved the huge selection of licorice. Lots of choices for sodas and drinks. Service was slow. They only had one cashier and they should have had 3. View all feedback.
