our dinner at 583 bistro was a pleasant surprise. the inconceivable outer gave a way to a delicious meal with excellent service. from the reduced happy hour drinks to the hummus with naan, freshly made salads and rees of homemade pasta, which delight my palate with taste and perfectly sawed scallops, it was a pleasant evening and russ was the perfect host and guide through our meal! my highest compliments! We went to this place based on reviews, but were disappointed. For starters it was empty on Saturday night at 7:00. The service was extremely slow, especially since nobody was there.
