What Kathey Rowell likes about Kfc:
Always good-sized portions and hot food. Have never experienced any mistakes with my orders, which is rare compared to many local fast food places in Centerton and Bentonville. The employees at the drive thru, cooks, and prepers are accommodating, kind, and most of all polite and have manners. I ordered two No. 1 meals with a breast and wing (original) in both, different sides, and same drink. When I got home, the order was wrong. I called the store and was told I could pick up another order the next day; however, when I told the employee that I wasn’t given a receipt, she said they couldn’t replace my food at a later date, but I could bring back the wrong order tonight for a replacement.
